Welcome from all of the KAT6A Families

​

     Just a few short years ago all of the people   with KAT6A were undiagnosed! Through extensive research programs and the hard work of people working in the field of genetics they found the gene that was causing our children's health conditions.  Before it was discovered through research families didn't have a name for their loved ones condition. Some have waited decades to get a diagnosis!  

Now new children are being diagnosed as young as 2 months old! We are so excited to have a place to talk about our loved ones together. It is hard on families not knowing what their loved one has. We want to share more about this syndrome so that others who have KAT6A can join us on this beautiful journey together. We are glad you are here to learn more about this newly discovered genetic condition.
